1. Agreement to Terms & Company Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “Farmer”, “Dealer”, or “You”) and Savaj Seed Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), having its registered office at 1090, Near Radhawadi Chowk, Vadal, Junagadh, Gujarat – 362310, India.

By accessing our website (savajseeds.com), requesting quotations, purchasing seeds, or consulting our agronomic advisories, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Seed Use & Planting Limitations

• Cultivation Only: All seeds are provided exclusively for commercial agricultural production or home farming.
• No Reverse Propagation: Proprietary hybrid and selected open-pollinated seed varieties are supplied for single-generation crop production. You agree not to replicate, multiply, reverse-engineer, or resell company varieties under alternate brandings.
• Safe Handling: Treated seeds must be stored out of reach of children and livestock, and handled with proper farming gloves and protective equipment.

3. Varietal Specifications & Agronomic Disclaimers

All varietal data published on this website — including maturity duration (e.g., 85–95 days), expected plant height, seed color, boll size, pod count, and expected yield ranges (e.g., 18–25 Quintal/Acre) — represent trial averages recorded under optimal management and favorable agronomic conditions.

Consequently, while we guarantee that seeds meet our declared germination test standards at the time of packing and dispatch, we do not guarantee specific crop returns, profits, or harvest tonnage.

4. Inquiries, Quotations & Commercial Orders

Submissions through our website inquiry forms, WhatsApp chat, or telephone channels do not constitute an executed contract of sale. A contract is established only upon:

• Formal issuance of a commercial proforma or sales invoice by Savaj Seed Company.
• Confirmation of seed lot availability and payment terms.
• Agreed logistics, transport freight terms, and delivery schedules.

All seed prices, catalog availability, and bulk rates are subject to seasonal revisions in accordance with agricultural market dynamics.

The brand name “Savaj Seeds”, brand logos, registered and unregistered trademarks, variety brandings (including Dollar 55, Wonder 66, Green Bold, Black Bold, Moti), packaging graphic designs, seed imagery, and technical growing guides are the exclusive intellectual property of Savaj Seed Company.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, re-branding, or distribution of our media, bag designs, or written materials is strictly prohibited under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

7. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms, transactions, and any dispute arising out of or related to seed supply shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

The parties mutually agree that any legal proceedings, claims, or arbitration arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated at Junagadh, Gujarat, India.
